Whelp, there goes another franchise into the cadre of console rubbish. I've put several hours into the beta, enough to say this wannabee CoD4,MW2,BC2 hybrid fails. While the graphics look good-this is a port to pc not pc to console. Yes, before you say it-I've played/used beta shit for decades,I own every previous CoD,MoH and most Battlefield/except BF2-fuhgetabout it. It feels like BC2 redresessed but not in a good way. The sniper rifles are so soft and inaccurate, it makes sniping a limp biscuit(console run and gun buffer?). Grenades fly from hand to detonate for what appears @20'/7m how did they gauge that? Do not try to teamchat/globalchat-you'll have the chat window in front of you without the ability to type anything until you meet your demise. To leave the game you have to enter the next round instead of while you're looking at the after-battle details(yeah.yeahBETA). To be honest, even if they fix the glitches-this game is dry, rehydrated, flogged dead-horse, road-kill-IMO. Then there's the whole match/EA/Server bullshit-no rcon just ...MW2 anyone? You can still preorder the game, get the demo and play 'til Octobre for free if you want to feel it for yourselves
